consenting to allow their loved ones to be organ

The Lions Eye Institute is accredited by the Eye Bank Association of America and
adheres to its standards. The Institute complies with Occupational Safety and Heath
Administration, Food andDrug Administration and Florida’s regulations and requirements.
LEITR technicians undergo a rigorous three month training period and become EBAA
certified eye bank technicians.These measures have been adopted by the LEITR to provide
safe, quality tissue for cornea transplant surgeries.
